Refunds, Exchanges & Change of Mind
Please email Morphing.email@example.com for any refund requests and inquiries. Due to the variety of different products each product may have different warranty periods.
Returns for change of mind items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons there are no returns for cloth pads and cloth nappies for change of mind or sizing issues. If there is a fault with the product please contact us as soon as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to either a refund or store credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are returning a product due to change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note- if you paid with pay pal you may be eligible for return through pay pal.
If there is an issue with your product and a fault is found Morphing will cover the cost of return shipping and it will be returned to you with your refund or in addition with product replacement. Please note - proof of shipping cost may be requested.
